Once your payment has been confirmed, it will take 7 to 10 working days for delivery. Your order will take 2-3 days to process, and an additional 5-7 working days to be delivered. Unfortunately, we don’t deliver on weekends and national holidays, and your order may be delayed if there are unforeseen circumstances (involving government mandates, natural calamities, etc.). It means that your order is still in transit. If all goes well, it should arrive within the estimated time frame for delivery. We are really pleased that more of you are joining us. However, sometimes we may not be able to deliver to a particular location or address; or, in some situations in certain regions, it can take longer to deliver. This is due to our courier partners’ limitations and their delivery norms and standards. But we will always do our best to get your order delivered to you as early as possible. Shipping pan-India is free with orders above Rs 2000. A delivery charge of Rs 150 (subject to change) will apply to orders below Rs 2000 with GST charges on the delivery service Yes, we provide COD but we charge Rs 101 as initial partial COD deposit. We will discuss with you possible solutions for changes after that timeframe. We have selected a reputable courier delivery partner to ensure that our products reach our customers on time and in good condition. We'll get in touch with our courier partner to determine the delivery status of your order. We will share the information with you and do our very best to help you receive your order at the earliest. Seams Unbranded (and our courier partner) are not liable for issues during the process of delivery, especially if someone at the delivery address refused to accept the order, or if no one was available at the time of delivery. However, if you do find yourself in this situation, do email us at seamsunbranded@gmail.com. We will gladly help you connect with our courier team and try to resolve the issue. Please note that in such situations there may be a courier charge to re-send/re-route the product. Please send us a screenshot of the product as soon as it is received on seamsunbranded@gmail.com to enable us to investigate the matter further. This should be done as soon as possible and no later than 6 hours from receiving the product. Any delays in sending us the pictures on email will make it difficult for us to investigate the matter independently.

In case you wish to return an item, please follow our ‘returns process’ from your accounts page. We will refund as per our refunds policy.

You can trigger the return process of the product within 3 days from the date of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original box/packaging including all tags/stickers/labels and any other items as delivered to you. The return pickup may be rejected if the items are not returned in accordance with our return terms. Please note that we will NOT accept the return of products that have been used, laundered or damaged by the customer – except in case the product shrinks, although all our garments are pre-shrunk. Please note that we do NOT accept returns or refunds for items on sale or purchased against an offer. The refund process will only start once the returned process has been accepted by Seams Unbranded. Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance, re-orders and promotional items are not eligible for a return or replacement. The credit/refund process will only start once the returned process has been accepted by Seams Unbranded.

A brand is a symbol of pride. Every corporate identity is unique. Once you have sent us your order request, we will contact you to confirm logo positioning, style of printing, etc, along with the final designs, pricing and delivery timelines. Delivery is dependent on quantities and location. Once we receive a confirmation from you, we will commence work on the production of the items so ordered. Your logo is your identity, and we respect it. Your logo will be stored on our servers only for the duration for designing your garments and/or products. Memory Seams products are customised keepsakes created from your cherished fabrics or garments. We transform those into beautiful products you can continue to use, love, hug, and treasure. Pick your garment you wish to be made into a Seams Product. Please ensure the fabric is still strong, usable, and not overly fragile, torn, or deteriorated. Fabrics that are extremely worn may not withstand the customisation process. Send clear images of your garment/fabric to teamseammms@gmail.com along with your selected products from our website you would like made. Our team will review: Fabric condition (please send good quality images), product feasibility, approximate fabric requirements, pricing and production timelines. Once you approve the quotation and details, pay 50% of quotation then we proceed with your order. Yes. If the fabric has been stored for a long time, please gently wash and air dry it before sending or dry clean. Clean fabrics help ensure the best production quality and longevity of your customised product. Only those products that are already designed and available on our websites form part of this offer. If there is something special needed, then a discussion will follow to agree what’s doable. Fabric requirements vary based on the product (design and volumes) and will be agreed as part of the discussion. Yes. Multiple garments or fabrics can often be combined, subject to feasibility and agreement We do our best to handle every fabric with care and respect. However, extremely delicate, old, stretchy, embellished, or damaged fabrics carry higher production risks and may not be accepted. Estimated timelines will be shared during the confirmation stage but can take between 30-45 days. Each Memory Seams product is unique because every fabric behaves differently. While we aim to achieve the closest possible outcome, slight variations in placement, stitching, and appearance are part of the handcrafted process. Smaller remnants may be retained or responsibly discarded depending on size and condition. This depends on the fabric and the product produced. Our wash recommendations will form part of our discussions and agreement. Custom memory products involve working with sentimental and sometimes delicate fabrics, certain risks are inherent in this level of customisation. By proceeding with an order, customers acknowledge that the customisation process carries risk, and results may vary depending on fabric condition. The final risk lies with the customer. We are keen for more people to create their own memories from their garments. To promote the service, for advertising and marketing purposes, Seams will use the images (Photos) of shared fabric, design sketches (if made during the collaboration) and final products made. By collaborating with Seams, the customer gives their acceptance to Seams for this use.
